Our client is a market leader within the travel industry. Based in the Manchester call centre, we are looking for a General Manager - Direct Sales to oversee a team of around 30 staff.
The Role
- Meet*Exceed budgeted sales targets, conversion and call answer rates
- Set and manage budget for team
- Resource planning based on projected call flow and marketing activity
- Manage sales and service level incentives
- Recruitment and development of staff
The Candidate
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior direct sales position. Travel Industry will be an advantage
- Experienced in recruitment, development and performance management of staff
- Understanding of technical developments of call centre systems
- Excellent management, motivation and organisation skills
A salary of circa Ј30,000 will be offered along with many benefits associated with a major travel company.
